The review is the responsibility of the editorial Board of the journal. This means that the author should not submit any reviews that in any case they will not be considered. The articles are reviewed by members of the editorial Board and, if necessary, external experts who are attracted by the editorial Board. When reviewing an invariable principle incognito ("double blind"): the unknown reviewer name and title of the author - author unknown the names and positions of peer reviewers. Reviews of editorial Board members and outside experts are not sent to the author, in a discussion of the strengths and weaknesses of the article, the editorial, the author does not enter.
In normal cases for review is given three months; then the editorial Board decides on the acceptance of the article for publication (with or without revision) or rejection. Chief editor informs the author about the decision of the editorial Board and sends him / her editorial opinion on the article by email. If the conclusion contains recommendations on revision of the article - they are mandatory for the author (if not, the article will not be published).
The links to their works, made by the author with the aim of raising its impact factor in the list is deleted when editing.
